Who we are
These terms govern your use of Appduz, a service operated by SANCTA MARIA ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED (#122, Second Floor, 3rd Cross, Chowdeshwari Nagara, Hosa Byrohalli, Sulikere, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560060, India). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Appduz reads the public catalogue of an online store you point it at and shows it as a mobile app you can preview and customise. Some parts of the product are still in development and are labelled as such in the app. We do not promise that any feature marked as coming soon will ship.
Your account
- You must give an accurate email address and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must have the right to use any store, content or access token you connect.
Your content
You keep ownership of your store content, catalogue data, images and branding. You give us permission to store and process it only so that we can run the service for you.
Acceptable use
- Do not connect a store you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity.
Plans and payment
Paid billing is not live yet. Before we charge anyone we will publish the prices, the billing terms and how to cancel, and update these terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, SANCTA MARIA ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant we will tell signed-in users.
