Refund and cancellation policy

What this policy covers

It covers purchases made from SANCTA MARIA ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED on Appduz: credit packs, and software, hosting and services bought from the Appduz Market. Where a Market listing states its own terms, those terms apply as well.

Cancelling before work starts

You can cancel an order for services (installation, customisation or hosting) before work on it has started. Email support@appduz.com with your order reference and we will refund what you paid for the part not yet started.

Digital downloads and licences

Software is delivered as a download or a licence key. Once a package has been downloaded or a licence activated, it cannot be returned, so it is not refundable unless it does not work as described on its listing and we cannot fix that within a reasonable time.

Credits

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used are not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how long the money takes to appear, usually 5 to 10 working days.
